I made this nappy bag over the weekend for a friend who has recently had a little bub. I've always found it difficult to find a nappy bag that isn't too "mumsy" so when I saw this pattern, I thought it would come to good use, and it has!
There is a little pocket on the outside and lots of pockets on the inside for all those extra bits and pieces.
I also found some time to start on another baby patchwork quilt......

The AB fabric look great. I love this bag, I still get use out of mine even though my youngest isn't so little anymore.
Lovely bag - in fact, I like it's shape so much I was sort of considering making one as my handbag. Well, officially I still do have one child in nappies!
the bag turned out great- the stripes are cool. your quilt looks pretty already!
you know... I love that pattern. I've seen it before but everytime I think wow, what a great bag... and it's not necesserily a diaper bag... I mean... I'm totally with Ali here.
oh and I DO have a child in nappies. There.
cute! i love that orange and blue fabric, and the style of the bag and the fabric go together so very well.
can't wait to see the new baby quilt. lovely colors!
i bought that pattern too but never made it yet. it looks good!
Those fabrics look great - it will be a very pretty quilt!
Hi Soo! Lovely, lovely bag... the fabric is so fresh. Wonder who you are making the quilt for?! Tiff
Hey I love this bag. I made the very same one in a few months ago and loved how it turned out. Addmittedly I left out the mobile phone pocket and the two end bottle pockets as I wasn't going to be using it as a nappy bag...just a bag for me! Have a look if you fancy it.
