I have started on some Christmas stockings. It's my favourite holiday season, especially since we had two little ones that look forward to visits from Santa! I used a canvas lining to try and give it more shape as I wasn't too keen on using batting in case it turned into an oven mit kind of stocking. 
Surprise flowers also arrived yesterday (thank-you!). The orange ones are called pincushions, how sweet is that?!

i am loving the turquoise/red combo - the stocking is very simple but fun. i've been thinking about re-doing our stockings, too - just taking a guess that it won't happen this year, though! :)
Love your fabric choices - I think I am doing aqua and red for present wrapping this year. Must be something in the air...
What lovely colours in the stocking. I too have been very busy getting ready for Christmas.
Pitty my kids aren't interested in homemade clothes, toys etc. Would make for an interesting Christmas if they did.

That is so pretty - I love the colour combination too! Must get my act together with Christmas crafting, I can't believe how close it is... it's scary how fast this year has flown past.
