I couldn't resist, I had to visit my favourite fabric store yesterday. I have almost finished the quilting on the baby quilt I am working on so am looking for a different project that involves applique as I haven't tried it before. I took Josh and Ash with me, armed with lollipops for bribery and we lasted a whole 15 minutes in the store before they got bored and restless. Just enough time for me to grab a pattern and some fabrics to start me off! I found a nice summery pattern and floral fabrics in the hope that I will have it finished by the time summer rolls around.

See how perfectly they are folded? Can't wait to use these red fabrics!

what a great swap - the white w/red fabric is awesome.
what is it about fabric stores and kids - you'd think they'd like them - so many colors, textures, etc.
Love the fabric. You lucky girl.
Can't wait to see what you make.
the two quilt stores i visit often have lots of legos. so i have an impossible time trying to drag my boys out of there.
Your new fabrics look gorgeous! I am going to have to visit Material Obsession one of these days.
