WIP

I started on some Christmas bits and pieces last night while watching tv and came up with some shapes for decorations. Not sure what to do next but at least it's a start!

We also had Josh's orientation day for school yesterday. He is starting next year and I can't believe it. I have been counting down the days for him to start school and now that it is just a few months away, I think I will be one of those mums fighting back the tears on the first day! Now there are new things to worry about.....will he be happy at school or will he make good friends? I have a feeling it is harder on the mums and dads than it is for the kids!

I love the reindeer shapes and I can't wait to see what use you put them to.

I was very brave when my son started school and didn't cry on the first day - it was a couple of days later that it hit me.

Hey, you've passed the first hurdle - when Mark started school, there were plenty of Mums in tears on the orientation day! Sunglasses highly recommended.

Am intrigued by your shapes - can't wait to see them develop....

LOVE the colors! those shapes look great. i want to make Christmas stuff, too!

one of the bonuses of homeschooling princess is that i didn't have that craying moment. and since thomas is already in preschool at an elementary school, if he continues there it probably won't be a big deal.
good luck with the process!

Thanks so much for leaving a comment. I love checking out new blogs. I've been looking through yours and it feels really familiar to me. I think we have a lot of the same taste in fabric/crafts, etc. Anyway, I love your blog and will be back!

Oh, those shapes are so cute. So very cute.

Griffin starts elementary next year and he is so excited. He's already talking about getting to go to school every! single! day!

I cried when No 1 first started school. And I'm sure I'll do the same for No 2 and No 3... it's just another one of those things.

He'll be fine. I'm sure it takes longer for mothers to adjust than children...

can't wait to see what those shapes will become!

I love all the little trees, circles, and deer, can't wait to see what they'll be.

Starting school is big, yes, all your feelings are natural and real. When my youngest starts Kindergarten next year, I'm sure I'll be a nervous wreck!
