small things

This is a small drawstring pouch I made for a friend with a little present tucked inside and a small vintage button on the front. We had a fun Christmas with Josh and Ash, watching them unwrap their pressies from Santa and sharing Christmas dinner with family. This Christmas has been a special one for us, it has made us realise how important family is and to remember our loved ones. I hope you have also had a lovely Christmas.

thanks! I found these at "Buttons, Buttons, Buttons" (the Rocks, Sydney). A beautiful store full of vintage buttons but a bit pricey so I only left with a few!

that material and button were made for each other!

Lovely pouch! I have started a fascination with flower buttons lately. They do add a nice touch!
Have a Happy New Year!

I think as a parent the best part of Christmas is definitively watching the kids unwrapping their gifts and listening to their comments. That's why I wrap even the smallest thing.

I love the fabric you used for the pouch. Very smart.
